The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

RETURNING AN ITEM

• To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its orignal packaging, along with your RMA number.

Please note, in order to process your return, you must enclose the RMA number along with the item being returned. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
